PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance migrating separtion ability. SOLUTION: A high voltage power source is controlled by an impression voltage controlling part to increase gradually a voltage so as to reach to 7.6 kV of voltage after 15 sec. from starting of sample injection. The voltage of 7.6 kV is impressed for 15 sec. after that. Then, the voltage is reduced from 7.6 kV to 0 V spending 15 sec. of time to finish voltage impression during the sample injection. An impression voltage and a time are controlled by this manner to restrain sudden heat generation and decline in a gel inside a capillary column, and a stress of the gel positioned in a capillary column end is moderated. Generation of a large electroosmotic flow is suppressed to restrain slipping- out of the gel from the capillary column end. |
