<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a personal computer to set camera control data which are used to change photographing conditions of a camcorder and to facilitate the operation required for condition setting and revision. SOLUTION: A camcorder is connected to a personal computer via a 1394 serial bus and control data are set/revised through an operation of the personal computer. Since a plurality of control data can be set for one control item in this way, the camera can be controlled as specified by having only to select the control data without reattempting setting of every photographing. Furthermore, the control data can be stored in a memory or a magnetic tape in a memory built-in cassette.</p> |
