PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a faulty or used carrying belt easily by arranging a facing support member which can support a roller to one end of a folding roller in which the carrying belt is circulated and providing a journal movable in the axial direction on the other end. SOLUTION: The facing roller which is a facing support member 14 is arranged on the drive side of a folding roller 1 around which a carrying belt 3 is wound in the non-contact state approached at the interval of about 0.2 mm from a shaft 10. A journal 17 fixed to an actuator 18 through a piston rod 19 is inserted slidably in the axial direction to the bearing 16 provided on the end surface 12 of the other side of the folding roller 1 so as to support the folding roller 1. At the same time when the journal 17 is extracted from the bearing 16 by the operation of the actuator 18, the facing support member 14 is contacted with the shaft 10 and the folding roller 1 is held horizontally.
