PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption and to enhance the operability of the mobile station by correcting a reception level of a control channel belonging to a communication network of a roaming destination from a measured value decreasingly among plural standby object control channels when one control cannel belongs to a home communication network. SOLUTION: A mobile station 1 is provided with a control circuit 2 where a microcomputer is used for a core. When timing to discriminate zone transition comes while the control circuit 2 executes a standby operation, the control circuit 2 transmits reception level correction processing. First when a control channel executing standby belongs to a home communication network, the control circuit 2 receives a reception level of surrounding standby object control channels. When the surrounding standby object control channels are not perch channels of the home, the control circuit 2 corrects a reception level of the control channel being a perch channel of a roaming destination corresponding to the reception level of the control channel through which the standby is executed.
