PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently display antibacterial and deodorizing effects given by plant polyphenols safe and tender to people for long time by holding plant polyphenols with noncrystalline calcium phosphate. SOLUTION: Plant polyphenols (normally, a mixture of a plurality of polyphenols of tannines, catechins and flavonoids) suitably used for a filter for an cleaner air and represented by an extraction component of tea and extraction components of fruits such as persimmons and applies, for instance, are held by noncrystalline calcium phosphate to obtain required antibacterial deodorizing agent. Noncrystalline tricalcium phosphate is calcium phosphate containing includes crystal water, shown by a general formula: Ca3(PO4)2.nH2O and especially, calcium phosphate with noncrystalline structure is used. When applying antibacterial deodorizing agent to a filter, the agent is carried on a base material such as unwoven cloth, woven cloth and a porous sheet having air permeability to form filter. |
