PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pay broadcast charging control method where optimum screen display control and charging control can be conducted in real time in matching with a service served from a broadcast server, to provide the system and the recording medium that records a program to allow a computer to realize the pay broadcast charging control processing. SOLUTION: A storage means 102 stores viewing conditions consisting of a combination between a display method, which is a combination of a broadcast video image Vb of a channel selected among channels included in a broadcast wave being a reception object and additional information Va of the selected channel onto a display screen 105, and a charging condition, which is a pay condition for charging processing to a viewer corresponding to this display method. When any viewing condition is selected among the viewing conditions, the broadcast video image Vb and the additional information Va of the selected channel are displayed according to the display method of the selected viewing condition and the charging processing is conducted for the selected channel according to the charging condition of the selected viewing condition. |
