PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the consumption of peeling agent minimum and to uniformly spread the applied peeling agent without striping by regulating a peeling agent film carried on a carrying roller before the carrying roller comes in rotational- contact with a coating unit roller. SOLUTION: This device includes a thermal fixing unit roller 12 coming in contact with a reaction roller 14 and forming a nip part with the roller 14, so that a base substance path 18 is extended through the nip part. A pair of solid stainless steel roller 28 carries silicone peeling oil from an oil reservoir 20 to the surface of the carrying roller 26, whereby an oil path from the oil reservoir 20 to the roller 12 through the roller 26 and the coating unit roller 22 is settled. A 1st scraping blade 32 regulates the oil film carried on the roller 26 before the roller 26 comes in rotational-contact with the roller 22. A 2nd scraping blade 34 regulates the oil film carried on the roller 22 before the roller 22 comes in rotational-contact with the roller 26.
