PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inductance by mutually canceling out magnetic fluxes between a P bus and an N bus by placing the direct current P bus and N bus in parallel and in the proximity of each other to which P side devices and N side devices in different phases connected in series are connected. SOLUTION: Emitter terminals E of P side devices 4U1-4U4 and collector terminals C of N side devices 4X1-4X4 are connected through connecting conductors 10. Also, a U bus which is a load bus is placed on the connecting conductors 10 and all the connecting conductors are connected through the U bus. Then the collector terminals C are connected to the direct current P bus through connecting conductors 11. The emitter terminals E are connected to the direct current N bus through connecting conductors 12. The N bus is in parallel with the P bus and is placed below it. In other words, the P bus and the N bus are placed in parallel to each other and in the proximity of each other. |
