<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease in the image density and resolution of a toner, to prevent a fog and to increase the transfer efficiency. SOLUTION: The ferrite particles 1 containing azo-based electrification controlling agent include particles 1 produced by uniformly mixing a ferrite 2 and an azo compd. 3 as the electrification controlling agent to produce integrated particles of the ferrite 2 and the azo compd. 3. The particle has <=1.0μm average particle size. Since the ferrite 2 and azo compd. 3 are uniformly mixed, the azo compd. 3 is uniformly dispersed in the toner, which prevents aggregation of the azo compd. 3 itself and irregular electrification in the toner.</p> |
