PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable hot washing with the bathing water in a bathtub by performing heating while compensating the temporary decrease of a temperature caused by bathing water in external piping to be cooled by an external air temperature based on a detected external air temperature value detected by an external air temperature sensor. SOLUTION: When a control panel 2 performs operation for starting hot washing, a controller 1 detects an internal circulating bathing water temperature from an internal temperature sensor 3 and simultaneously detects the external air temperature from an external air temperature sensor 4. Then, the controller 1 determines a temperature while considering the temperature decrease of bathing water in external piping 5 to be cooled by the external air temperature and controls a heater H corresponding to this temperature. Simultaneously, a switching valve V1 is switched to the side of bypass pipe and the temperature is elevated to the temperature determined by internal circulation. Further, the switching valve V1 is switched to the side of a switching valve V2 and water is circulated while retaining warmth in a full water system circulation mode. Afterwards, when hot washing is completed, the switching valve V2 is switched to the side of drain pipe.
