PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load and unload a cassette into and from a ticket vending device in a simple constitution and without retreating a friction drive part nor touching the friction drive part. SOLUTION: This ticket vending device includes a storing part 20 which removably holds a cassette 10 storing a card, a rubber roller 31 which ejects the card out of the cassette 10 held at the part 20, and a guide groove 12 and a guide part 22 which are placed at the cassette 10 and the part 20 respectively and guide the cassette 10 when the cassette 10 is loaded or unloaded. The cassette 10 stores the card in a state where the card is partly exposed to the outside, and the roller 31 is partly protruded over the part 20 and touches the card stored in the cassette 10. Then the groove 12 and the part 22 guide the card and the cassette 10 so that these card and cassette 10 never touch the roller 31 when the cassette 10 is loaded or unloaded.
