The dispenser is provided for application in machines or devices for processing money which provide cartridges of coins in return for banknotes or any type of money evaluation. The dispenser is based on the fact that the cartridges of coins are loaded in independent drawers 4 which are subsequently housed and fixed, with the possibility of removal, in compartments 2 provided for this purpose in a casing or structure 1 belonging to the machine. By means of the loading of cartridges of coins in independent drawers, it is possible to carry out said loading in a location remote from the machine, transferring the loaded drawers from the location where said loading has taken place to the machine, it sufficing to remove the empty drawers and to insert the refilled or filled drawers, these being equipped with security means for preventing the theft of cartridges during transportation. <IMAGE>
