PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge the contents of a small-size pressure vessel to the outside. SOLUTION: A second inflow port 22 different from a first inflow port connected to a fluid outflow port 14 of a nozzle valve 12 is provided in the upstream side of the first inflow port 16, an opening/closing valve 23 for opening/ closing the second inflow port 22 is provided in the nozzle valve 12, and an elastic body 24 which does not open/close the opening/closing valve 23 by the raising of the internal pressure based on the normal use and has such an elastic force as opening the opening/closing valve 23, when the internal pressure is raised extremely by, e.g. throwing the small-size vessel into a fire. |
