PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faithfully reproduce an aesthetic feeling of an objective three- dimensional design in a decorative sheet having a three-dimensional design. SOLUTION: Recessed and projected parts 11, 12 having the negative sheape of an objective three-dimensional design are formed to the single surface of a transparent sheet material 10 made of a thermoplastic resin. Ink or paint containing a brilliant material is applied to the forming surface of the recessed and projected parts 11, 12 of the sheet material 10 to form the coating film closely bonded to the outer surfaces of the recessed and projected parts 11, 12 and the coating film 13 is dried to obtain a decorative sheet 1. A molded product base material 2 is subjected to injection molding so as to be closely bonded to the forming surface of the recessed and projected parts 11, 12 to obtain a molded product having the decorative sheet 1 as a skin.
