PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation in addition to effect for shading sunlight by piecing up a plurality of films to be formed respectively, and sticking a shading film on a base film so that respective joint parts are not matched to be made a shading sheet having transparency. SOLUTION: A shading film 12 for shading an ultraviolet ray and an infrared ray in transparency substantially is stuck on the surface and the reverse of a base film 11 comprising a colorless and transparent polyethylene film to form a shading sheet 1. While, for instance, the three base films are pieced up in the longitudinal direction to stick a transparent polyethylene film 111 on a joint part 110, for instance, the two shading films 12 are pieced up in the longitudinal direction, and a joint part 120 is not matched with the joint part 110 of the base film 11 to be stuck on the surface and the reverse of the base film 11 so as to form the shading sheet 1. An area is wide by a laminated structure, and since the shading sheet 1 of strong tension strength shades not only the ultraviolet ray but also the infrared ray substantially, it is excellent in heat insulation in addition to effect for shading sunlight.
