PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discharge a precise liquid quantity by providing a pressure chamber of which at least one part is formed out of an elastic member between a liquid chamber and a nozzle, and providing a piezoelectric element pressing the elastic member. SOLUTION: Fixed liquid is previously stored in a liquid chamber 1, and the liquid is held so as not to drop down from an opening part 2a by surface tension under the condition in which a pressure chamber 3 and a nozzle 2 are filled with the liquid. When viscosity of the liquid is high and the liquid does not advance in the nozzle 2, a piezoelectric element 5 is operated to press a plate spring 4, and the nozzle 2 is filled with the liquid. When the liquid is required to inject, the piezoelectric element 5 is operated to discharge the liquid. Relation between the control quantity of the piezoelecric element and the discharge quantity of the liquid is previously obtained, the driving quantity of the piezoelectric element 5 is controlled based on the relation, and the required quantity of liquid can be discharged from the nozzle 2. |
