PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a gas removing quantity meter to be automatically operated in the setting of the quantity of flow without button operation by a user and to enable even a person of advanced age to easily use it without the need for worrying about a wrong operation. SOLUTION: The gas remaining quantity meter 1 is provided with a pressure measuring means 32 to measure the pressure of gas in a gas cylinder, a flow quantity set value storage means 33 to store the set value of the quantity of flow of gas consumption to be supplied from the gas cylinder to the outside, a means 34 for storing the set value of gas cylinder capacity, a remaining operating time computing means 35 for computing the remaining operating time of the gas cylinder from the residual pressure of gas in the gas cylinder through the use of the stored set value of the quantity of flow of gas consumption and the stored set value of the gas cylinder capacity, and a remaining operating time displaying means for displaying the remaining operating time. The set value of the quantity of flow is set by a rotational location sensor 13 installed to the handle of a unit main body for regulating the quantity of flow.
