<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the calculating accuracy of the thermal displacement amount by accurately setting a holding time to be the period that the influence of the thermal displacement amount remains; a thermal displacement amount increase and decrease property; the maximum thermal displacement amount property; and the like. SOLUTION: The behavior of the thermal displacement amount generated at a certain time is made as the curved line C1 at (a), and the behavior of the thermal displacement amount generated at the next time is made as the curved line C2 at (b). While the thermal displacement amounts generated momentarily are calculated, the thermal displacement amount before the holding time has passed, of the thermal displacement amounts generated momentarily in the past, is found, and by adding those thermal displacement values as shown at (c), the thermal displacement is calculated accurately, so as to correct accurately the control amount of a driving means.</p> |
