PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten delay time by continuously recording plural program codes with use data which a person himself uses among plural pieces of use data. SOLUTION: The storage area of a recording medium 10 is divided into two program storage areas and one animation data storage area. Information (program and data) in the three areas of the recording medium 10 are recorded as one file. An outer peripheral side program storage area is an area where a program code for character control and a graphic code coexist. To put is concretely, the outer peripheral side program storage area is the area where the graphic code deciding the basic form of a prescribed character and the program code using the graphic code are continuously recorded and is the area where codes on character which are simultaneously used are recorded in nearby storage areas.
