PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a card without opening/closing a lid at card taking in and out time, and to easily insert and take out the card by arranging card inserting clearance and a card holding means between the front wall upper end surface of a glove box and the lower end surface of an opposed instrument panel. SOLUTION: A guide recessed part is formed as inserting clearance of a card 6 between the upper end surface of a glove box 2 and the lower end surface of an instrument panel. A rear end part of a plate-like elastic member 8 is fixed to the under surface inmost side of the instrument panel 1 by a machine screw 9, and a projecting part 10 formed on the tip abuts to the lower end surface of the instrument panel. A projecting dimension of the card 6 from the instrument panel 1 is set by a stopper in a state of being easily picked just by fingers. Thus, a projecting margin of the card is minimized so as not to hinder opening/closing of the glove box and to hinder taking in and out of an article even if the card is put in an inserting state.
