PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality by preventing a user from sensing odor, and suppressing the change of intake sound and air quantity in the case of controlling from the internal air mode side toward an outside air mode. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with an intake switching control means (d) for controlling driving of an intake door actuator (g) so as to set an outside air mode in the clean state of outside air low in exhaust gas concentration and to set an internal air mode in the polluted state of outside air high in exhaust gas concentration. In this case, the intake switching control means (d) is constituted to output a control signal for changing the opening gradually toward the outside air mode in the case of switching an intake door from the internal air mode side to the outside air mode.
