PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training mat on which a user can not only do abdominal muscle exercises but also dumbbell exercises in which the user can bring down dumbbells deep enough to make the exercises more effective. SOLUTION: This training mat consists of a front square flat mat 1, a rear square flat mat 2, a columnar mat 3 and an adjustable belt 6. The adjustable belt 6 is inserted into a hole formed along the center axis of the columnar mat 3, and both ends of the belt are fixed to both edges on the sides of the front square flat mat 1. With this constitution, a user can not only do abdominal muscle exercises but also do press exercises and fly exercises using dumbbells, in which the user can bring down dumbbells deep enough to make the exercises more effective.
