FILLER-FILLED RESIN SHEET AND MOLDED PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filler-filled propylene-based resin sheet having excellent thermoformability such as vacuum moldability, air pressure forming properties, etc., having excellent rigidity and heat resistance and a molded product using the filler-filled propylene-based resin. SOLUTION: A propylene-based polymer composition in an amount of 100 pts.wt. comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. of a propylene homopolymer having 0.2-10 dl/g intrinsic viscosity [ηA] measured in tetralin at 135 deg.C or a propylene-olefin copolymer (polypropylene) containing >=50 wt.% of a propylene polymerization unit and (b) 0.01-5.0 pts.wt. of an ethylene homopolymer having 15-100 dl/g intrinsic viscosity [ηB] measured in tetralin at 135 deg.C or an ethylene-olefin random copolymer (high-molecular weight polyethylene) containing >=50 wt.% of an ethylene polymerization unit is mixed with 1-70 pts.wt. of a filler to give a resin composition. The composition is made into a filler-filled resin sheet and the sheet is thermally molded to give a molded product.
