PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify maintenance and inspection operations including replacement of a fan while enabling a high-efficiency heat control. SOLUTION: First and second fan unit placing parts 261 and 262 are provided in series on a housing 21. An air guiding duct 25 and an air entrance 24 are provided sandwiching the first and second fan unit placing parts 261 and 262. The air guiding duct 25 and the air entrance 24 are opposed to a heating element 11 and an air supply and exhaust opening 122 of a PC server 10. Fan units 27 on the first and second fan unit placing parts 261 and 262 are respectively driven to carry air between the air guiding duct 25 and the air entrance 24 for cooling the heating element 11.
