PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce manufacturing costs by composing a rotor with a plurality of permanent magnet members that are arranged in a polygonal shape while magnetic poles are different to each other, an enamel material being included among them, a rotary shaft, and a nonmagnetic reinforcing member. SOLUTION: In a rotor 5, a plurality of permanent magnet members 3 where an outer-periphery surface is formed in an arc surface and an inner-periphery surface is formed in a plane 9 are arranged in a nearly polygonal shape. Then, a glass material for composing an enamel material 10 is filled into a boundary region between the permanent magnet members 3, and an entire outer shape is formed in a nearly polygonal shape. Also, the permanent magnet members 3 are arranged where one magnetic pole is located at the inner-periphery side and the outer is located at the outer-periphery side and the magnetic poles of the adjacent permanent magnet members 3 are different to each other. Further, the permanent magnet members 3 are composed of a rotary shaft 2 that is mounted via permeable material 17 that is fixed to an outer-periphery surface, thus reducing manufacturing costs.
