PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive drive method in a simple configuration by using a one-chip logic element as a motor control part. SOLUTION: A motor control part 11 is composed by a logic element in a single configuration such as one chip. A PWM clear 11a, a PWM set 11b, a servo on 11c, a CW/CCW 11d, a UE 11e, a VE 11f, a WE 11g, temperature failure 11h, an overcurrent 11, and a reset 11j are inputted to an input side 11a, and an alarm 1k and six-channel three-phase switching signals UH, VH, WH, UL, VL, and WL are outputted by the software of the logic element. The three-phase switching signals UH-WL are supplied to the six switching elements of a motor drive circuit. A three-phase motor drive signal that is selected by the motor drive circuit is supplied to a three-phase drive coil. Also, the motor control part 11 is composed of a PWM generation part, a bi-phase selection part, an output permission part, and a bi-phase PWM excitation output part. |
