PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively view plural broadcast programs from plural broadcast program providers. SOLUTION: This system is provided with signal processors 3, 4 and 5 for descramble processing and a receiver 2 for performing common processings such as demodulation, encoding, demultiplex processings when plural broadcast signals, including a hierarchy needing different scramble processings and a hierarchy capable of common demodulation, encoding, demultiplex processings, etc., are transmitted and received on a bus 1. Then by setting the bus 1 as an IEEE 1394 bus, it is possible to automatically set a signal processor corresponding to a designated broadcast signal by a control node on the bus 1, when one of plural broadcast programs is designated and also to set or release a path for transmitting and receiving a signal between the receiver 2 and the set signal processor. |
