PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably attach/detach and couple both a base frame and a front frame by respectively forming the base frame with a lower slope made higher toward the outside and the front frame with a reverse slope to face the said slope with each other and exactly closely adhering both the surfaces with the downward component of a force accompanied with the rubbing of both these surfaces. SOLUTION: On a base frame 1, a screw hole 33 is bored for inserting a lock vis 5 to its thick part 21 at all the time. When a front frame 2 is attached to the base frame 1 and the lock vis 5 is fastened, the front frame 2 is pressed by its head 6, an engage piece 31 is rushed in along with the slope of a hook element 15, and the front frame 2 is closely adhered to the base frame 1. At such a time, the force of close adhesion is operated downward in the direction of component of the force toward the slope. Besides, stress pressing a display screen body 7 with a push edge piece 27 is operated to press the lower edge of an outside piece 29 upon a step on the thick part 21 with a projection 25 as a supporting point. Thus, the display screen body 7 can be easily and safely exchanged.
