SOLUTION: An image forming element is capable of forming the image of at least one luminous flux 9 radiated from at least one light source onto at least one optical luminous flux converter 3. In addition, the at least one luminous flux 9 can at least partly pass the converter and the at least one optical luminous flux converter 3 can rotate the at least one luminous flux 9 passing the converter by an angle of about 90 deg. around a propagation direction (z). The optical luminous flux converter 3 of such type is provided with at least one cylindrical lens segment 8 on the incident surface or radiation surface of the one or plural luminous fluxes 9.
