PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the risk of damaging magnets by providing magnet wheels having nail-shape poles and magnet parts provided between the poles, and by locking magnets constituting the magnet parts with sticking layers whose flexibility is larger than the magnet parts. SOLUTION: A magnet wheel 6 has a nail-shape pole 10 extending from one plate to the other. The tips of the nail-shape pole 10 of the wheels 6 are combined in such a way as to come close to the plates 8 of the wheels 6. One of two magnet wheels is regarded as the N pole and the other as the S pole. Magnet parts 20 are polarized to the N and S poles along the direction extending from one side surface to the other. The magnet parts 20 are made up of magnets 24 equal in shape and dimensions. The magnets 24 are separated from each other, and are directly locked with sticking layers 26 formed with a material having larger flexibility than the magnet parts 20. This structure can reduce the risk of damaging the magnet parts.
