PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower cutting noise by restraining the occurrence of vibration in the thickness direction of a saw blade, and thereby provided the saw blade durable and economical. SOLUTION: Since the setting direction of each set of a saw blade in a group A is opposite to that in a group B while being identical in pitch constitution, the vibration of each saw blade taking place in the group B is opposite in direction but identical in magnitude to the vibration of each blade taking place in the group A, the vibration in the thickness direction of the saw blade 1 is thereby canceled so as to allow cutting noise to be lowered down. In addition, when a saw setting blade different in setting quantity is provided, since the width of each cutting groove is widened stepwise, loading is almost uniformly distributed, and concurrently, chips at the time of cutting are fractured into pieces. In addition, a projected part is provided for each flank, the projected part abuts against the bottom part of each cutting groove so as to allow each saw blade to be deflected, so that excessive cutting resistance is thereby prevented from being applied to each saw blade.
