PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve liquid non-dripping property and to prevent the leakage of liquid in a fixed quantity discharge of the liquid. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pressurizing means 5 for the liquid in a liquid storage vessel 1, a needle valve 2 for opening and closing a discharge port 10 communicated with the liquid storage vessel 1 and a control means 17 for controlling the work of the pressurizing means 5 and the needle valve 2. In such a case, the pressurizing means 5 is constituted of an air cylinder 6 and the bore diameter of the air cylinder 6 is made larger than the inside diameter of the liquid storage vessel 1.
