It comprises a grinding wheel 3, provided with an external layer of an abrasive material, connected to a grinder holder 1 capable of being coupled to the rotary head of a machine. The grinder holder is made from a hard metal, and to its front end is secured a coupling piece 2 on which the grinding wheels are removably mounted in a mutually interchangeable manner. The coupling piece 2 is manufactured from a material which is less hard than the grinder holder 1 and the metallic core 3a of the grinding wheel 3 is manufactured from a material which is less hard than the coupling piece 2. <IMAGE>
