PURPOSE: A semiconductor device having capacitors is provided to reduce an area of capacitor by arranging MOS capacitors to array structure. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a main circuit part(100), a discharge part(140), and a metal wire(120). The main circuit part(100) is operated by corresponding to a driving signal. The discharge part(140) further includes a plurality of MOS capacitors(142,144) having array shaped structure and formed spaced apart from the main circuit part(100), and is to be discharging charges through the MOS capacitors(142,144) of the array structure. The metal wire(120) is connected between the main circuit part(100) and the MOS capacitors of the discharge part(140).
