METHOD FOR DEPOSITING PHOSPHOR OF LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for depositing the phosphor of a light emitting display device is provided to improve the color characteristics of a display device, by forming a phosphor only on top of a biased electrode selectively. CONSTITUTION: A method for depositing the phosphor of a light emitting display device includes the steps of: forming a number of cathode lines which is prolonged with parallel in a first direction on a glass substrate(10); forming an insulating layer on the glass substrate where the cathode line is formed; forming an anode line in a second direction perpendicular with the cathode line on top of the insulating layer; etching the insulating layer partially for the cathode line to be revealed; depositing a phosphor on the surface of the cathode line of a part where an electric field is formed, after applying a negative voltage and a positive voltage to the cathode line and to the anode line crossing a part where the phosphor is to be formed; and removing the anode line and the insulating layer.
