SUPPORTING STRUCTURE WITH ROLLER OF PIN TUBE BLOCK FOR WASTE HEAT BOILER

PURPOSE: A supporting structure of a pin tube block is provided to lengthen the life span of a waste heat boiler as well as to reduce costs by maintaining the boiler. CONSTITUTION: A roller block is composed of: a header(25) contacted with plural ends of a pin tube(26) or a bare tube arranged in a waste heat boiler; a header bracket welded to the header; a connecting plate(21) having a pin hole to connect the header bracket with a pin(23); a connecting rod(17) connected to the other pin hole of the connecting plate with a pin(22); a supporting plate(15) connected with the other side of the connecting rod and combined with pins, a washer and a nut; a roller(10) combined to the other side of the supporting plate to move the plate on a supporting frame for the waste heat boiler; a connecting pipe(28) connecting the header with a drum(29) temporarily storing vapor; and an expansion unit(18) adhered to a hole of a casing for the boiler to pass the connecting rod and the connecting pipe.
