PURPOSE: A catalyst is prepared which has high activity and a good stereo-regularity. CONSTITUTION: Dichloromagnesium, organic alcohol and organic phosphorous compound are reacted in the presence of inner electron donor to give the catalyst. Polypropylene is prepared with the ziegler-natta catalyst, organic phosphorous compound as co catalyst in the presence of external electron donor of formula 1 having silicon ether bond, wherein R1 and R3 are method, ethoxy, butoxy or arylalkyl; R2 is alkyl, alkoxy, aryl alkyl; R4 is phenyl, anthracenyl, naphthylenyl, cycloaliphatic; X is C or Si. Thus, 5 g of MgCl2, 30 ml of ethyl cyclohexane, 24.5 ml of 2-ethyl hexanol, 8.2 ml of t-butylated phosphate are stirred at 60°C, followed by addition of 1.2 g of phthalic anhydride, and stirred for 1 hour. The obtained solution is cooled to -20°C, and drop 60 ml of TiCl4 for 1 hour, followed by addition of 2.0 ml of 2,2-diisopropyl-1,3-dimethodpropane at 90°C to give the catalyst.
