LOW TEMPERATURE PASTEURIZATION APPARATUS FOR LIQUID

PURPOSE: A pasteurization apparatus using high voltage electric pulse is available in low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A pasteurization device does not breakdown a nutriment substance or vitamin in liquid. Any harmful substance is not produced, and any property will not be changed. The device needs a separation membrane for dividing the pasteurization part into two sections. A discharge electrode(4) is installed in a discharge section(5), which is full of liquid and the liquid passes through the section. A shock wave of high voltage pulse is occurred by discharge electrode, then the shock wave is transmitted to liquid through separation membrane(7). The temperature of liquid will not be risen, and the pasteurization will be possible in low temperature without producing any toxic material.
