READ MULTIPLEXER

PURPOSE: A read multiplexer is provided to reduce the lay-out area using a single decoding device. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(90) receives a read control signal(rvg) and a write control signal(wygb_ad) and decodes the received read control signal(rvg) and write control signal(wygb_ad), and controls a generation of a read output signal. A read output signal generating unit(91) receives the control signal of the control unit(90) and cell block addresses and decodes the received control signal and cell block addresses, and outputs a read output signal(ros10) with a certain level. A second read output signal generating unit(92) receives the control signal of the control unit(90) and cell block addresses and decodes the received control signal and cell block addresses, and outputs a read output signal(ros10b) with a certain level. An output unit(95) selectively transmits one read data between read data (rwd10,rwd10b) to a read data output line(rdo).
