PURPOSE: A bio compatible fish oil micro capsule and its producing method are provided to keep fish oil for a long time without being spoiled or acidified and to easily handle. CONSTITUTION: A solution of a bio compatible capsule is produced, and the capsule is homogenized after fish oil and an emulsifier are added up. Then, a fish oil micro capsule is produced by spraying a homogenizing material. Herein, the human body suitable capsule uses sodium alginate and chitosan, and the emulsifier is selected from a class consisted of ESPR-25(polyglycerine polylinoleate), ES-7(glycerin menstruate), SPAN-60(sorbitan stearate), SE-11(sucrose fatty acid ester) and TW-20(sorbitan laurate + ethylene oxide).
