PURPOSE: A synchronizing device is provided to increase concentricity and surface roughness when processing a crank shaft and to reduce an equipment size compared with the existing internal milling device. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizing device comprises plural eccentric chucks(50)(52) for holding a material tightly, a spindle(10) and a subsidiary spindle(11) installed on a main shaft connected to the eccentric chucks, a driving source(12) for driving the spindle and the subsidiary spindle, plural gears(20,21,22)(40,41,42) installed among the eccentric chucks, the spindle and the subsidiary spindle, and a spline shaft(30) connected to the gears by arranging a bearing (35). Therefore, the device increases concentricity and surface roughness because of the synchronized rotation of both spindles.
