METHOD FOR INJECTING MELTING STEEL INTO TUNDISH

PURPOSE: A method for injecting melting steel into a tundish is provided to increase cleanness of melting steel by rapidly floating intervener to be divided as agitating melting steel for a long time and as preventing base metal from generating inside a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A method is completed by filling activator(8) containing carbon into an upper nozzle(32) in a state of closing a middle plate(31) of a tundish at the first time of a casting process. Then melting steel of the tundish receives non-activated gas through an inlet pipe(34) connected to the middle plate. Therefore, the method prevents melting steel from solidifying inside the upper nozzle and floats base metal intervener to be divided for more than 10 minutes so as to increase cleanness of melting steel.
