PURPOSE: A plastic support member is provided to have high shear rigidity for enduring a soil pressure as enabling to reuse. CONSTITUTION: A support member(10) is a long bar by forming a hollow part(11) having a rectangular section. Polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, PVC, PS, and so on are used as the plastic materials for the support member. The support member contains a slot(12) separately formed, and the slots forms a drainage hole between support members according to retaining wall installed by accumulating plural support members. Therefore, the slots drain underground water to prevent ground or soil from falling caused by gathering the underground water leaked from the ground facing the outside of a retaining wall.
