PURPOSE: A mixer circuit of negative feedback is provided to use an RC(Resistance Capacitor) network increasing linear property of a mixer even with a value of a limited element, by utilizing a direct/parallel feedback technique using RC network with a Gilbert cell mixer, to decrease a noise figure of the mixer, and to prevent reducing a cue of an inductor when using a silicon base material over 5nH. CONSTITUTION: A negative feedback mixer circuit comprises a direct feedback circuit(10) and a parallel feedback circuit(11,12). The direct feedback circuit(10) is connected between emitters of a first/a second transistor. The parallel feedback circuit(11,12) is connected to each RF(Radio Frequency) end of a first/a second transistor and to each collector of the first/the second transistor, respectively.
