PURPOSE: A flat panel display device and a fixing method of flat panel display device and computer are provided to minimize non-displaying parts in the flat panel display device. CONSTITUTION: A portable computer is provided comprising: main body(10) comprising data input device and data process device; a case(20) having an inner and outer face which covers the main body(10) selectively; a display part(32) displaying the result of the data processing; a flat panel display device(30) having rear face connected with the inner face of the case(20). The flat panel display device(30) comprises liquid crystal display device.
