METHOD FOR MASS PRODUCTION OF ADVENTITIOUS ROOTS OF WILD GINSENG USING BIOREACTOR

PURPOSE: A method for mass-producing of adventitious roots of wild ginseng is provided which maximizes the productivity of the adventitious roots of wild ginseng. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (i) sterilizing the surface of the wild ginseng to make aseptic material; (ii) inducing callus from the aseptic material; (iii) multiplying suspended cultivated cells by liquid cultivation of the callus; (iv) inducing adventitious roots from the multiplied suspended cultivated cells; and (v) cultivating the adventitious roots by using a bio reactor.
