PURPOSE: A method for preparing biaxial orientation polypropylene film is provided for achieving improved surface property, anti-static electricity and hiding ability by extrusion-molding a polypropylene film and applying quaternary ammonium salt on either or both sides of the film. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing biaxial orientation polypropylene film having improved surface property, anti-static electricity and hiding ability is carried out by longitudinally drawing a propylene resin sheet having a melting index of 1-20(g/10min) and 140-180 deg.C of melting point after extrusion-molding it with the addition of 0.1-2 wt.% of polymethyl methacrylate resin having average particle diameter of 0.5-10 micrometer and 1-10 wt.% of calcium carbonate having average particle diameter of 0.1-1.0 micrometer; applying 1-10 wt.% of quaternary ammonium salt solution of formula (wherein R1 is C10-C20 alkyl or alkoxy group; R2 is linear C1-C3 alkyl or hydroxyalkyl group; R3 and R4 are C1-C4 alkyl group; and X- is relative anion) either or both sides of the sheet in 100-300 Angstrom thickness; and further transversally drawing the sheet.
