APPARATUS FOR ENGRAVING SCRIBE LINE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for engraving scribe line is provided to accurately engrave a scribe line by composing a unit for sensing a time in which a scribe wheel is contacted to a glass substrate for moving the unit with a moving block. CONSTITUTION: A reference block(2) is installed to an upper surface of a rear side of a stage(1). A glass substrate(G) is safely received on the stage(1) and is contacted to the reference block(2). The glass substrate(G) is fixed by a vacuum pressure provided from a lower portion of the stage(1). A pair of timing belts(13) is arranged to both sides of the stage(1). A driving pulley(11) is connected to a rear side of timing belts(13) and a slave pulley(12) is connected to a front side of the timing belts(13). The driving pulley(11) is connected to a driving axis(11). The driving axis(10) is connected to a motor. Both sides of a moving block(20) horizontally arranged with the driving axis(10) are fixed to the timing belts(13) and are moved with timing belts(13). A pair of guides(14) is horizontally arranged with the timing belts(13) in an inner side of the timing belts(13). The moving block(20) is supported to guides(14). A rotating axis(21) is connected to the moving block(20) through a bracket(24).
