ELECTRIC-STATIC DISCHARGE CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An electric-static discharge circuit is provided to enhance the characteristic of the electric-static discharge circuit by allowing one element to prevent the electric-static discharge as the identical current path is set. CONSTITUTION: An electric-static discharge circuit comprises an input pad(1), a junction means (3), a power applying means(5), a resistance(R1), a PNP type bipolar transistor(T1), NPN type bipolar transistor(T2), a diode type NMOS transistor(T3), and a P type depletion transistor(T4). The first transistor is connected between the input pad the junction means. The resistant is connected between the internal circuit and the rear end of the connection part of the first transistor and the input pad. The diode type second transistor is connected between the rear end of the resistance and the junction means.
