PURPOSE: A method for establishing a gain of an amplifier according to user is provided to avoid a distortion of sound and maximum use an active region. CONSTITUTION: A method for establishing a gain of an amplifier according to user includes five steps. A first step is to judge whether a sample count is the same as a frame size or not. A second step is to feed back to the first step when the sample count is not same as the frame size and judge whether an input signal is a voice interval or not when the sample count is the same as the frame size. A third step is to feed back to the first step and judge whether a spike noise is exist or not according to the judgement result of the second step. A fourth step is to feed back to the first step and judge whether a useful frame is ensured or not according to the result of the third step. A fifth step is to feed back to the first step and calculate a fixed gain of an amplifier according to the result of the fourth step.
